NUWAVES ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information across every NUWAVES artist app — including Monet, Van Gogh, Magritte, and any other app in the NUWAVES artist app family (each referred to below as "the App"). This one policy applies uniformly to every NUWAVES artist app, regardless of which one you're using.
a. Information You Provide
We do not require an account and do not collect any information you provide, because the App has no forms, chat, sign-up, or registration of any kind.
b. Automatically Collected Data
None. The App does not collect your IP address, browser or device identifiers, advertising identifiers, usage analytics, crash/diagnostic reports, or cookies. We do not operate any backend server that receives or logs requests from the App.
c. Stored Only On Your Device
This data never leaves your device. It is stored using standard on-device mechanisms (iOS UserDefaults, Android DataStore, or browser local storage) and is never transmitted to us or any third party.
Apple's App Privacy ("Nutrition Label") and Google Play's Data Safety section each require disclosure across a standard set of data categories. For completeness and to support the accurate completion of both, here is our status for every category either platform defines:

No data of any kind is linked to your identity, used for tracking, or shared with third parties, because none is collected in the first place.
The App displays public-domain artwork images and metadata fetched directly, in real time, from one or more of the following public APIs (the specific set used varies by artist):
These are one-way, read-only requests for public artwork data, made over HTTPS. The App does not send any personal or identifying information to these services — only a generic query for artwork matching the featured artist.
We do not use any advertising networks, analytics SDKs, crash reporting SDKs, or any other third-party data-processing services.
We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose any user data to any third party, for any purpose, because we do not collect any user data.
All network requests the App makes (to the third-party sources listed in Section 3) use HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit. Because no personal data is collected or transmitted by the App, there is no personal data at risk from our systems. Data stored locally on your device is protected by your device's own operating-system-level security.
Notifications: You can enable or disable the App's daily artwork notification at any time in your device's system settings.
Local Data: You can clear your favorites, view history, and preferences at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing its app data/site data in your device or browser settings.
Cookies: Not applicable — the App does not use cookies or any similar tracking technology.
Data Deletion Requests: Because we collect no data and operate no backend server or database, there is no user data for us to locate or delete upon request. If you contact us requesting deletion, we will confirm in writing that no data exists to delete.
Access & Portability (GDPR/CCPA-style rights): For the same reason, there is no personal data for us to provide a copy of, correct, or port. Any data referenced in Section 1c exists only on your own device and is already fully within your control.
We retain nothing on our end, ever. Data stored on your device (Section 1c) persists locally until you clear it or uninstall the App.
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), but because the App collects no personal data from any user regardless of age, no data is knowingly or unknowingly collected from children, and no parental consent mechanism is required.
The App makes no server-side data transfers of its own. Any data transfer that occurs is your device's direct connection to the third-party artwork APIs listed in Section 3, which may be hosted internationally under their own respective privacy policies.
We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
